Chart Bot is a Telegram / Discord bot designed to simplify cryptocurrency market analysis for users. It offers an efficient solution for accessing real-time price chart images of various cryptocurrencies, making it an indispensable tool for traders and investors. By providing quick and user-friendly access to chart data, Chartr Bot empowers users to make informed decisions in the fast-paced cryptocurrency market.

Problem Statement

Chartr Bot - In the cryptocurrency world, obtaining timely and accurate price chart data for specific cryptocurrencies and timeframes is often a time-consuming and cumbersome process. Chartr Bot addresses this challenge by streamlining access to price charts through user-friendly Telegram / Discord commands (/chart or /c) combined with cryptocurrency tokens or symbols and timeframe specifications (1m, 3m, 6m, 1d, 3d, 5d). The bot aims to enhance the cryptocurrency trading and investing experience by ensuring that users can effortlessly access the information they need to make data-driven decisions without leaving the Telegram platform.

Our Solution

We used Selenium, Python, and Telegram and Discord for this project to harness their respective strengths. Selenium allowed for web scraping and interaction with the cryptocurrency chart website, ensuring real-time and accurate data retrieval. Python's versatility and robust libraries facilitated efficient data processing and chart image generation. Integrating Telegram streamlined user interactions, making it a convenient platform for users to request and receive chart data, enhancing accessibility and user experience in the cryptocurrency market analysis.
