In response to the shifting landscape of CRM requirements, this project focuses on the vital task of transferring data from the outdated Podio CRM to the flexible and modern Notion CRM. The objective is to ensure a smooth transition of data, preserving data integrity, and minimizing disruptions to business operations.

Podio to Notion Migration - As Podio, an aging CRM platform, fails to align with the evolving needs of businesses, the challenge at hand is to facilitate a seamless migration of data from Podio to the chosen CRM solution, Notion.

Our Solution

In this project, a robust combination of technologies was leveraged to successfully migrate data from Podio to Notion. Python served as the backbone for scripting and automation, enabling efficient data extraction and transformation. Selenium and AutoItTool were instrumental for automating interactions with both Podio's web interface and Notion's systems, ensuring a seamless data transfer. The synergy between these technologies, coupled with the utilization of Podio and Notion, facilitated a smooth and reliable migration, modernizing our data management processes and aligning them with evolving business needs.
